Adam joined the gaming industry and Huuuge Games two years ago. His main responsibility is to gather information about the Player acquisition process – calculation of paybacks, LTV, as well as their behavior in the game. In order to achieve that he works with the rest of the Team to integrate various data sources, join them and present insights in a simple and coherent way to the team of Account Managers, who buy the traffic. He loves gaming the most for that fact that anyone with a good idea for a game can try to beat the established companies – regardless of where they are located in the world.
He gathered his experience for the most part in the telecommunication and satellite television industry, where he worked in product, technology, and CRM. This is where he was most successful and managed to significantly reduce customer churn and increase revenues by implementing a data-focused culture. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as the Canadian Executive MBA.
