Roman is a Ukrainian national, who is passionate about startups, venture capital, gig economy, hard tech, SaaS, and sports (especially football s̶o̶c̶c̶e̶r̶). He works at Google AdMob, as a monetisation consultant where he helps apps and games publishers to drive profitable growth.
Roman is a Master of Science in Management graduate from HEC, University of Lausanne, where he was studying strategy, finance, business analytics. He started his career in executive search, worked in M&A and several Venture Capital funds where he was responsible for investment opportunities search and deals execution, particularly in mobile games and apps area.
