Overview

The GameCamp Light event is back! We’re thrilled to announce that, with the generous support of Reality Games, who are providing space at Cracow Hub (KrakowHub.pl), we’re resuming our events. A big thank you to them!

13th edition of GameCamp Light is focused on “Investment & the Future of Game Development”.

Special guest of event is Peter Moore who just recently joined Reality Games team and became minority owner of Wisla Krakow football team. Peter Moore is a legendary executive who steered some of gaming’s most iconic brands, having driven the global success of the Xbox 360 at Microsoft before becoming COO at Electronic Arts. His unparalleled track record in launching major consoles and leading billion-dollar software divisions makes him one of the most experienced and impactful leaders in the entire industry.

For those unable to attend in person, we’ll still be offering an online version.
 
What is GameCamp Light?
 
GameCamp Light is a quarterly, hybrid meetup designed for anyone interested in the business and creative side of gaming. It’s a fantastic chance to learn about the latest developments in the gaming industry and to network with other professionals (ie from apps industry).
 

The main idea behind GameCamp Light was

  • decrease barrier in Creative, Business, Growth, Data, Monetisation areas in gaming by sharing practical and useful knowledge in those areas
  • grow cooperation and networking between gaming professionals from different companies and countries
  • increasing exchanging of knowledge and experience between professionals from gaming and other industries (ie. apps industry)
