Jacek Małyska

Jacek started his career in financial sector specializing in building risk management models. In 2018, he started working at Gamesture as Data Scientist and began to build a BI team alongside with the implementation of new solutions to manage the increasing data flow. In 2020, the BI team at Gamesture contains 6 employees and provides data driven analytics for marketing and designer teams to improve the players’ experience and KPIs.

In the process of building BI infrastructure from scratch, the team gained considerable experience and established certain positions on existing tools and technologies that are used in the Gaming Industry.-
