Andrej Kugonič, User Acquisition Lead at Nordeus

Experienced Marketing professional with a demonstrated history of working in the mobile games industry and media buying/planning agency leading performance marketing teams. Worked on digital performance marketing campaigns & strategies since very beginnings in Serbia on many global brands.

Currently responsible for leading the User Acquisition team for all Nordeus games with a big focus on flagship game Top Eleven together with new, live game Heroic. Big passion is working on data-driven strategies for launching new games on the market and growth overall.

Luka Rade
Luka Rade, User Acquisition Lead at Outfit7

Luka has started on supply side of performance marketing in 2015 as a member of Bee7, Outfit7’s internal ad network. As of 2017, he has been a part of Outfit7’s paid user acquisition efforts and has been leading the team since end of 2018, responsible for managing a team of paid user acquisition and as of 2020 also cross-promotion, two branches most focused on performance at the end of the advertisement funnel.

Mariusz Gasiewski, CEE Mobile Gaming Lead at Google

Mariusz Gasiewski has been with Google since 2007. He is leading mobile gaming initiatives at Google for Startups Campus in Warsaw, supporting growth of mobile gaming ecosystem in in the CEE region. During most of his career was helping some of Google’s biggest clients in Central and Eastern Europe in preparation and implementation of mobile measurement strategies. He is a frequent speaker at gaming and mobile conferences and a founder of GameCamp (www.gamecamp.io), one of the biggest mobile gaming communities in Europe.

Mladen Vlašić, Gaming Industry Manager at Google

Mladen Vlašić focuses on helping the Adriatics region (Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia) gaming companies and startups to grow their business and become globally successful. He has been in Google for 6 years now and had the opportunity to work with more than 20 biggest gaming companies across CEE.
